Established in 1991 by Hugh Maksylewich, Proforma Maksylewich & Associates was Canada's first Proforma franchise.

Hugh's career in the business forms industry began as a sales representative in 1965, and has included many notable achievements such as:
• Member of the Year - National Business Forms Association (now DMIA)
• President - Canadian Business Forms Distributors Association

Proforma Maksylewich & Associates has evolved into a family business, with daughters Stephanie Maksylewich and Leanne Endicott along with son-in-law Cliff Endicott all playing key roles in providing Value-Added Solutions to clients large and small.
